The platform collects weekly dues and disburses to your connected bank account, typically weekly.
On Standard and Premium plans, active vacancy marketing is included. We update your listing and adjust pricing to help fill the room. Member placement, occupancy, income, listing visibility, and platform approval are not guaranteed and depend on platform rules, property condition, compliance status, pricing, and market demand.

Yes. We require 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable as the work has been completed.
